Key Responsibilities
-Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
-Clearly explain offerings and assist customers with queries.
-Generate, follow up, and convert leads through effective communication.
-Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in the CRM system.
-Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
-Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling.
-Fluency in any two Indian languages (Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada).
-Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
-Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
